Subscription Services

Bun Box Society offers monthly subscription boxes for rabbits. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing: You will be charged automatically on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. Billing occurs on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, and box contents with reasonable notice.
• Prepaid Plans: Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

Product Information

We make every effort to display our products and their colors accurately. However, actual colors may vary depending on your device and display settings. Product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes and may not represent the exact items you will receive, as box contents vary by season and availability.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship subscription boxes monthly. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

We stand behind our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you or your bunny are not completely satisfied with your box, please contact us at hello@bunboxsociety.com within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
